Site promotion can be a very tricky subject to learn, especially if you don’t know exactly how to conduct appropriate keyword research so that you website can actually be found in the popular search engines.
If you don’t know what keyword research is, then here is a quick explanation:
1. You pick a main keyword that you would like to base your site around
2. You make sure that the keyword has commercial value. This means that when somebody is typing in that certain keyword they should be ready to buy. For example if I was typing in “best digital camera” I would most likely be a customer that is ready to buy. The more the customer is in the buy mood while typing the keyword then the more commercial value that keyword has. If somebody were to just type in “camera” then that has a very low commercial value because that person isn’t in the buying mood as much as the other person who typed in “best digital camera”.
3. Then you must see how much competition you have for that keyword (the number of websites trying to rank for the same keyword or keywords) This can be a little tricky because you don’t want a site with too much competition but then again you don’t want a site with too little competition. Why is that? well the too much competition is obvious but the reason why you don’t want to little competition is because if there is not much competition then maybe its because people aren’t buying much products or services in that market.
4. There are many many more factors that play into successful keyword research but if I were to sit here and explain all of them then I would end up just writing a book haha
Now keyword research takes up a lot of time but there is a new keyword research tool called IMeye and I have given it my honest review. The features that it has can all be researched manually, but the only drawback is that it would take days to research all the information manually. IMeye facilitates keyword research by doing most of the work for you. With IMeye…
- You don’t need to find the main keywords yourself
- You don’t have to wade through 80-90% of the keywords that you will most likely not use
- You no longer need to spend days researching through data
- You don’t need to look at keywords that are obviously to expensive to use for PPC marketing
- You don’t need to look at keywords that are too competitive to see quick results with SEO marketing
- You can just ASK IMeye what you want and it will instantly deliver!

Pay Per Click (PPC) marketing is one of the most effective forms of marketing around. This is because it allows you to get your ads up quick and drive targeted traffic to your websites almost instantly. Not everyone is successful with PPC and this is where Internet marketing courses can benefit them.

PPC marketing is a program where you create small ads and bid on relevant keywords. Your ad is then placed on the upper right hand corner of Google or other search engines (depending on which program you choose to work with). Every time a visitor clicks on your ad, you will pay a certain amount. Typically you pay anywhere from $.10 to $5.00 or more per click depending on your keywords.
PPC is very effective in ranking high in search engines, usually on the first page if you out bid your competitors. The problem with this though is that it can get quite costly if you do not know what you are doing. There is way more to it than slapping up an ad, getting traffic and making sales. PPC involves testing and tracking your campaigns to see which keywords are converting and which are not. There is extensive keyword research involved so you are choosing the most profitable keywords as well as the lowest in competition. You do not want to be paying $5.00 per click and not making sales. PPC Internet marketing courses will help you choose the right keywords at the lowest cost possible.
Many new marketers who would have the potential to make a lot of money with PPC marketing quit before they are ahead because they end running out of money due to trying to place their ads above competitors with higher bids. This can get really discouraging. PPC can be very profitable if you learn how to bid on the right keywords so your sales and commissions are higher than your advertising costs.
